Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Talli Finance mobile app and website (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Talli Labs Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading the app or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the UK, EU, or US to use Talli Finance. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Subscription and free trial

• New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access. No payment method is required to start a trial.
• After the trial period, access to core features requires an active paid subscription.
• Subscription plans: Monthly at £3.99/mo (USD $4.99/mo) or Annual at £31.99/yr (USD $39.99/yr).
• Subscriptions are processed and managed through the Apple App Store. Apple’s payment terms apply.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
• Use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service

5. Not financial advice

Talli Finance is a personal finance tracking tool. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Budget suggestions and analytics are informational only. Always consult a qualified financial adviser before making financial decisions.

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and branding in the Service is owned by Talli Labs Ltd and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talli Labs Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, financial loss, or loss of profits. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
